The Main Zine is a non-ship zine and will focus on Phainon. The NSFW side zine will include ships. Ship info and content warnings will be disclosed during the preorders period.✦ Will other characters be allowed to be included? ✦
Yes, as long as it is clear that Phainon is the center of attention.✦ Are pieces in AU settings allowed? ✦
Yes, as this zine will have both canon and AU settings.✦ How will mods and contributors be compensated in this zine? ✦
Mods and contributors will be compensated with at least a high resolution of digital zine. We will aim to compensate everyone with physical zines and a full bundle if profits allow!✦ Where will the zine be shipped from? ✦

- General Application Info -
We anticipate having 20 Artists, 5 Merch Artists and 5 Writers, inclusive of Guests. Numbers are subject to change based on Interest Check results.
✦ Can I apply for multiple contributor roles? ✦

You can apply for any role you want, but you can only be accepted in only one role.✦ How will the contributors be compensated? ✦
Contributors will at least receive a free high-resolution PDF of the zine, with our aim being to provide all contributors with a full bundle. Contributors would be able to buy items at production cost in the events we cannot cover full bundles for them. Compensation from profit will be split 30% for charity, and the remaining 70% profits split equally amongst everyone.✦ Are contributors allowed to collaborate? ✦
We encourage writer-artist collabs where artists would like to provide secondary, small pieces to accompany a writer’s story and decorate the story’s pages (spot illustrations)! More details on collaborations will be given once you join the Discord server.✦ Can I include other characters in my piece? ✦
Yes, as long as it is clear that Mavuika and Capitano are the center of attention. Other romantic pairings are not allowed.✦ Are pieces in AU settings allowed? ✦

- General Requirements -
All applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of their application.
Works presented on your application should be indicative of the type of style and quality you are willing to create for the zine.
Works depicting Mavuika x Capitano are highly recommended, but not necessary. However, we strongly recommend that you include at least one Genshin Impact sample in your portfolio.

Please provide 5 samples that best represent your work.
Please share only finished pieces. We will not accept WIPs.
If accepted, you are expected to create at least 1 art piece for the zine.
✦ For Merch Artists ✦
Please provide 5 samples that best represent your work.
We recommend providing real-life photos or mockups of merch you’ve produced in the past.
If accepted, you are expected to create 2 pieces of merch for the zine.
✦ For Writers ✦
Please provide 3 samples that best represent your work.
Please include 1 sample that is completed and no longer than 2.5k words.
Samples may be taken from longer fics as excerpts but must still be no longer than 2.5k words.
Please prepare at least 1 pitch (story idea) for your application.
If accepted, you are expected to create a story with a limit of 2.5k words.
